Returns&Repairs

Jewelry-

Your happiness is our utmost priority, and we want you to shop with confidence. For ready to ship jewelry, we gladly accept exchange for store credit for the original purchase amount. The piece in question must NOT show signs of wear and must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange if the item appears to be worn or damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase of your intent to exchange an item. Products intended for exchange must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase to qualify for exchange. Credit will be issued via an e-gift card to the email of the original purchaser.

**Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges for made to order / pre-order or custom/ commission jewelry at this time.

As described on our "About" page, we believe that jewelry should weather the ages gracefully. In the event that your piece of handmade jewelry needs repair due to normal wear and tear, please contact us for a repair quote.

If within 30 days of purchase your jewelry needs repair due to a fault we deem to be our own, we will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge.

In all instances of return/ exchange, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to include delivery confirmation or COD when returning a package to avoid confusion or complications and for peace of mind.

Vintage Clothing -

We carefully list detailed measurements as well as describe and photograph the condition of each garment and any flaws or defects that may be present. Therefore We do not accept returns on vintage items - please read item descriptions carefully and refer to your own measurements before purchasing.    

 

Turn-Around Time

For all ready-to-ship pieces:

please allow 1-3 business days for packing and shipping of your items. In most cases, your order will be filled and shipped within one business day. During holidays, this window may be slightly longer. 

For pre-orders and custom jewelry:

These items are made to order. We are a small team, and every piece is carefully made by hand. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production, packaging and shipping of your order. This time frame is subject to change at any time, depending on seasonal demand. We will do everything in our power to give you an accurate idea of how long your order will take to make, subject to the complexity of the design and purchasing of materials. If we expect delays, we will notify you with an updated delivery window as soon as possible. 

 

 

Shipping- Domestic

For orders placed within the US, we offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express options. Please note that the shipping windows provided are quotes taken directly from the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by us or the USPS.  As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you a notification email with your shipping information and tracking number. 

We want to ensure the best interaction possible on both ends, and for that reason, all of our shipments will include shipping insurance and delivery confirmation.  

 

Shipping-International

For International orders, we offer shipping via USPS First Class International Mail. Please note that the shipping windows provided are quotes taken directly from the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by us or the USPS. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you a notification email with your shipping information and tracking number. 

 

Most International shipments include delivery confirmation, depending on recipient's country. However, shipping insurance is not included in USPS First Class International Mail. In the event of a lost or undelivered package, we cannot be responsible for returns, exchanges, or store credit UNLESS you purchase shipping insurance for the item(s). If you would like to purchase shipping insurance via USPS, we will provide you with an invoice including the amount covered for the value of the item before shipping the item to you.
